The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants individuals (i.e our membership) a number of rights in relation to the data and information that we store on each member.

 

Where it has been provided, we store the member’s name, postal address, allocated AWGB membership number and contact phone numbers. The full current membership database is only viewed and available to the Membership Secretary and the club committee members. Details for members who leave the club for whatever reason are deleted from the membership database. No member information is shared with any other persons or organisations.

 

Any member is welcome to verify, change, remove or delete their data held on our database by simply making a request to the committee, either by emailing info@burnham-on-sea.co.uk  or in writing to the membership secretary.
